1. Add 2–4 tablespoons of Aritha Powder to a clean, non-metal bowl, adjusting for hair length and thickness.
   
2. Pour in warm water gradually, whisking until you have a thin, smooth liquid with light foam.
   
3. Apply the mixture to wet hair and scalp, focusing on the roots and massaging gently with your fingertips.
   
4. Massage for a few minutes as you would with a low-foam shampoo, then rinse thoroughly with plenty of lukewarm water.
   
5. Follow with your usual conditioner or hair mask and style as normal.
   

Start with about once a week and adjust depending on how your hair and scalp feel.

For hair mask / pre-wash treatment

1. Place 2–3 tablespoons of Aritha Powder in a bowl.
   
2. Add enough warm water to form a slightly thicker, creamy paste.
   
3. Apply to damp hair and scalp, working section by section so the paste is evenly distributed.
   
4. Leave on for 10–20 minutes, making sure it does not dry rock-hard on the hair.
   
5. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water, then follow with your normal shampoo and conditioner.
   

For face and body (short-contact use)

1. Add 1 teaspoon of Aritha Powder to a small bowl.
   
2. Add enough water to create a soft, runny paste that spreads easily on damp skin.
   
3. Apply a very thin layer to damp skin, avoiding the eye and lip area.
   
4. Gently massage for a moment to create a light foam, then leave on for no more than 3–5 minutes.
   
5. Rinse well with lukewarm water, pat dry and follow with your usual moisturiser or body lotion.
